Chef Ben Wicks creates “gourmet” po-boys in a house-turned-restaurant on Magazine Street. A casual spot, Mahony's features a popular dish dubbed “The Peacemaker,” a 12-inch po boy with plump, cornmeal battered and fried oysters, cheddar cheese and bacon on local Leidenheimer French bread.
